As usual, I’ve kept things varied, but I’m leading on a recent catch-up I had with Riz Zeb, who the most avid among you will remember from Sophie and my piece about Manchester’s most significant contribution to the world. Atomic theory? Nah, the spicy chicken burger. Riz has been in the chicken shop game for decades, and is looking to franchise the spicy chicken burger — using his own secret recipe — and take it nationwide.
