Good evening members — tonight’s newsletter is about what Andy Burnham wants to do in a second term as mayor.

He laid out his vision at a press conference this morning, launching a manifesto that promises “a more equal Greater Manchester, where everyone has a good job, a good home and the good health that comes from that.”
