Community fact-check: Primary Events

We’ve decided to publish the full application submitted by Primary Events Solutions to the Arts Council’s Culture Recovery Fund in January 2021. The document was obtained via a Freedom of Information request in late 2022, so some parts of have been redacted to protect information considered commercially sensitive etc.
