Dear members — Victoria Olabode, a 12-year-old from Rochdale, died almost five years ago after being admitted to Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital with difficulty breathing. Last week, the inquest into her death finally came to a close, but without a conclusion from the coroner as to whether the hospital could have done more to help her. Jack has been following the case and has written a piece below.
