Good morning Millers - this is a quick members-only post taking stock of what happened in Greater Manchester’s negotiation with the government and our imminent entry into Tier 3 restrictions.

It’s almost 24 hours since the deadline for the negotiation passed and all hell broke loose. In the hours immediately after an event like that - as the kaleidoscope is shaken and the pieces are in flux - you get a lot of political heat, misunderstood numbers and emotional reactions on social media.
