Inside Didsbury's red-hot property market
'They had 18 viewings across three days, and within a week they had received six offers over the asking price of £800,000. They accepted one for £845,000'
Dear members — today’s story is about houses selling like hotcakes. Dani spent the afternoon chatting to buyers and sellers in Didsbury, which has been declared the hottest property market in the UK.
Pop in: This week one of our members (hi Ryan) came into the office for a cup of tea. We got chatting with him via email because he offered us a couple of office chairs when we were moving in here, but now that the rules allow it, we would like to welcome members in regularly to find out about what they do or what they think we should cover. So, if you’d like to pop in for a tea at 2pm next Thursday, please just email dani@manchestermill.co.uk. If several people email we’ll pull a name out of the hat and the others can find another date. Our office is just off St Ann’s Square, and though we are on the 5th floor it is fully accessible via a lift.
