We just heard some good news from Andy Burnham in his press briefing: Greater Manchester’s hospitals have just resumed elective activity. You will remember that some non-urgent appointments and procedures were paused earlier this month because of the crunch on hospital capacity caused by staff absences and rising Covid-19 admissions. We hope this comes as good news for some of you who have had your appointments delayed.
