Local councillors are being ‘purged’, we take a look at why

Dear Millers — today, Jack Dulhanty is venturing into little-charted landscape for our paper: namely, the weeds of the Labour party in-fighting. He headed to Stockport to find out how an ideological split in the party is complicating the process of existing councillors running again for their seats.
