There is even more irony about the naming of the penthouse after Engels. While in Manchester Engels lived a double life. Perhaps in modern Manchester he might have lived in a luxury penthouse. He certainly lived in an expensive house. By day he worked at the family business and mixed with, and entertained, the rich of Manchester, even going hunting with them. In his spare time he visited the slums and worked on his publications.

The Engels penthouse has the same energy as the Gorbachev Pizza Hut commercial, to be quite honest.
