I hope to visit the Castlefield Viaduct garden and think the NT should be including many more 'industrial sites' that can be celebrated as part of a movement to offer something different to what they are known for.
The Beatles' houses in Liverpool were preserved and opened to the public and represent something different to the usual stately home. So I'm hoping the Trust will take the lead and look upon sites similar to Castlefield that celebrate our important industrial past .
