No mention of how he intends to purchase the hall from Historic England? . If he started a YouTube channel to chart progress and of course put all his research on there then it just could take off and help with funds. I know of someone rebuilding a French chateau almost single handedly and through YT it has enabled him to buy building materials /tools etc ,he's making a good job of it too as it was derelict and falling down.
It's amazing what people do with the drive to do it.
