Well written article Joshi, gets to the heart of the man I knew very little about. Richard Leese comes across as someone who is passionate about Manchester and I wonder what he will now do with his time? Is he retiring or still going to be involved in the council or local Labour group. It will be difficult, I think, for someone like Leese to just fade away into the background. Are we 'to watch this space' ?
