Dear members — we don’t normally send a newsletter on Friday but we have some exciting news to share. And also, we witnessed a stirring Manchester moment last night as the Hallé performed for the first time after a 15-month wait, so we wanted to write about that too.

Plus, we are going to have a short break from publishing later this month when both Dani and I are taking time off, so we thought we’d do a couple of bonus newsletters in advance of that so you’re not missing out too much.
